We're at the crossroads for many Alaska Interior outdoor adventures, GOLD PANNING, fishing, hiking, hunting, kayaking, boating, horseback riding, tours, scenic & wildlife viewing, swimming at the hot springs or our lakes!
We are located at Badger & Nordale Road, just 4 miles from North Pole on Badger Road which serves as both a scenic route off the beaten path between North Pole and Fairbanks as well as provide easy access to recreational areas such as several rivers, boat launches and the Hot Spring Resort... Look for the large green sign that reads "RV PARKING" and proudly flys the Alaska and USA flags. Snacks, soda, gifts, tackle, convenience items and such are available over the counter at the RV Park Office. A laundry facility is also available for your convenience along with shower and private dressing room. Campfires are permitted at your own risk when and if safe conditions exist.
We have an official bus stop at the front of the park with connections in Fairbanks & North Pole destination points. In addition to the bus stop there is a bike path that offers many miles of adventure and experiences. Good fishing is just minutes away by foot at the Badger Slough and the Chena River boat launch and recreation area is just 2 miles away, bring your boat, your fishing pole, have fun, relax, enjoy all the activities & entertainment that Interior Alaska has to offer. Gold panning, historic sites, horseback riding, several spectacular lakes, swimming pools, hot springs and much more are between a half hour and an hour away.
Wildlife is abundant in and around the area, moose, beaver, waterfowl of all sorts and bald eagles are common as are fox and the occasional bear or wolves. Many types of berries are available for picking everywhere in the area, numerous delicious "choice" mushrooms can be found throughout the season. If you like fishing you've come to the right place, Northern Pike, Arctic Char, Arctic Grayling, Lake Trout, Rainbow Trout, Landlocked Silvers, Whitefish, Burbot, Mullet and several kinds of Salmon are just waiting for you to stop by and drop them a line...
